Stephenson Harwood has bolstered its Greater China marine, as well as international trade and dispute resolution practices with the relocation of partner Andrew Green from London to Hong Kong.

Green’s specialty lies in marine and international trade, including commercial shipping, shipping litigation, ship building, offshore construction, commodities, and marine insurance. He has represented clients – ranging from ship owners and charterers to insurers and banks – in several disputes and cross border transactions.

Commenting on Green’s move, Stephenson Harwood’s Greater China litigation group head, Malcolm Kemp, said in a statement: “His substantial experience will be a valuable asset to optimise the firm’s integrated service to our cross border transactions, and certainly will further strengthen our marine and international trade practice.”
