The Hong Kong office of Jones Day welcomes M&A specialist and former Allen & Overy partner Chris Swift to its corporate team.

With more than 15 years of experience in Asia, Swift is a member of the Hong Kong takeovers and mergers panel. His practice focuses on private equity, M&A, corporate restructuring, and general corporate finance. He is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales, and Hong Kong.

Commenting on the office’s newest addition, partner-in-charge of Jones Day Hong Kong, Robert Thomson said in a statement: “We are delighted to welcome Chris to the Hong Kong Office.
