Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe has hired intellectual property litigator David Case as a partner in the firm’s Tokyo office.
Case joins from White & Case, where he was the head of the firm’s Japan and North Asian IP and commercial litigation practices.
Case advises Japanese clients on litigation and arbitration IP rights issues, and is involved in matters pending in U.S. courts. He also currently sits as chair of the Intellectual Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan.
