Chinese firm Broad & Bright has recently hired tax partner Jiang Hao in Beijing, making it one of few law firms in China that are capable for high-end tax services.
Jiang is specialised in tax, foreign investment, private equity, and M&A, and dually qualified in China and the U.S.
He joined Broad & Bright from Zhong Lun. Prior to that, he has had extensive experience with international law firms in their Washington, DC, New York City, and Shanghai offices.
