Ropes & Gray has appointed corporate and capital markets expert Victoria Lloyd as a partner at its Hong Kong office.
Lloyd joins the firm from Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobsen’s Hong Kong office, where she headed the Asia capital markets group.
Lloyd advises issuers and underwriters on IPOs and other equity capital market transactions, and also handles M&A and private equity matters.
“Vicky’s addition enhances our already-strong capital markets and corporate team in Hong Kong, including partners Paul Boltz and Julian Chung, and further expands and strengthens our ability to serve our clients on their most significant matters,” said Ropes & Gray chairman, Brad Malt, in a statement.
