Ashurst has promoted corporate lawyer Jonathan Hsui to its partnership in Hong Kong.
Before joining Ashurst as a counsel in 2011, Hsui worked in-house at BNP Paribas in Hong Kong. He specialises in M&A, IPOs and other equity capital market matters, in addition to advising clients on corporate regulatory and compliance issues.
Hsui is the firm’s fifth corporate partner in Hong Kong.
