Broad & Bright has appointed Dong Hui as a partner at its Shanghai office as part of its attempts to strengthen its Japanese desk.
Dong is an experienced practitioner of Japanese law issues and has advised numerous Japanese, Hong Kong and Taiwan clients on the establishment of foreign invested enterprises in China through green field projects or mergers and acquisitions. His areas of expertise also cover labour management, contract law and dispute resolution.
Dong joined the firm from Shanghai Shimin Law Offices.
