AnJie Law Firm has recently recruited Zhang Xianzhong as a partner at its Beijing office from Grandall.

Zhang’s practice focuses on telecommunications, private equity and real estate. He has previously served as a permanent legal adviser to China’s second-largest telecommunications operator China Unicom, and to the commercial real estate business (store expansion) of Shangpin Business Development Co Ltd. He has also acted on resolving disputes in sales and leasing for a number of real estate companies, apart from advising several private equity funds on their significant projects in China.

Zhang is fluent in both Chinese and English.
