Mid-level associates working in China have voted Jun He as one of their top choices of firm to work for in this year's ALB China Employer of Choice Survey. The especially intriguing finding of the survey was that Jun He was the top choice among domestic firms across all criteria polled - including compensation, quality of work and clients, professional development, reputation, work/ life balance and knowledge management/IT resources.
This year's survey incorporates an improved methodology, allowing ALB to also give results that are unbiased by the relative number of responses coming from each firm. Using this methodology, ALB was able to determine that Jun He was ranked as the most desirable place to work by mid-level associates.
Several mid-size and regional firms also shone in the Employer of Choice survey. The identity of these firms will be revealed when the full results of the survey are published this month in the March edition (issue 7.3) of ALB China magazine.
