Newly promoted Jessie Chenghui Tang works at the firm’s Beijing office and has more than 10 years of experience in advising on mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investments, as well as intellectual property and dispute resolutions in China. Mao’s clients span across assorted sectors including technology, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and semiconductors.
In addition, the firm’s Tokyo office saw the rise of Anthony J. Luna and Michiru Takahashi to partnerships.
Luna has practiced in the U.S. and Japan while dealing with various cross border corporate issues.
