Chinese firm Han Kun Law Offices has advised UK-domiciled education services provider Nord Anglia Education (UK) Holdings on its $325 million bond sale.

The senior secured notes were sold in the 144a private placement market of an expected five-year tenor on March 21, with Barclays Capital and Goldman Sachs as the joint bookrunners.

While Han Kun engaged partners Joyce Li and Yijun Chao and counsel Huan Wang to provide legal service to the issuer during the sale, the bookrunners engaged Latham Watkins as their counsel.

Nord Anglia Education runs international private schools in eight cities across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East with a total of over 6,000 students.  It also provides educational services to governments and educational authorities. ALB
