Zhonglun W&D has recently opened a new office in Shenzhen, its 10th on the mainland, and its second in the southern province of Guangdong.
Staffed with eight qualified lawyers, the new office focuses on providing legal services to four major sectors including real estate, construction and engineering, corporate and securities, and financing. It also covers government consulting, M&A, funds and trusts, mining and resources, litigation and arbitration, and intellectual property.
Partner Hong Guoan will head the Shenzhen office. He has rich experience and expertise in the real estate, construction and engineering, M&A, and financing areas.
