International firms Clifford Chance and Davis Polk have assisted Hong Kong-listed China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Ltd on its latest $375 million share placement.

Longyuan, an energy company affiliated with the state-owned China Guodian Group, is engaged in the design, development, construction, management and operation of wind farms. It also runs various new energy projects including thermal power, solar power, tidal power, biomass power and geothermal power.

While Davis Polk engaged partners Antony Dapiran, James C. Lin and Li He to act for the placing agents UBS AG and Morgan Stanley, Clifford Chance represented the issuer.
