Xu joined Jun He from CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office, where she was the deputy director of the trademark division.
She has 16 years of experience in trademark prosecution, litigation, assignment, licensing, enforcement and dispute resolution. She also specialises in copyright and anti-unfair competition practices.
