Sino-Global Legal Alliance (SGLA) has recently admitted four other Chinese law firms in, further enlarging its presence into China’s remote western and northeastern regions.

After taking in Liaoning Fada Law Firm, Hunan Tiandiren Law Firm, Shaanxi Yongjiaxin Law Firm and Gansu Zheng Tian He Law Firm, the transnational alliance in China now has a total of 20 members with more than 3,100 lawyers.

With the new recruits located in the regional economic centres of Dalian, Changsha Xi’an and Lanzhou, SGLA covers 15 other major Chinese cities in addition to Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong. It also shares the global network and resources of its founding member, Hogan Lovells, which has 40 offices worldwide.

The Chinese members of the SGLA are recognised leaders in their respective regions in China, have outstanding client-retention rates, and are willing to improve their management techniques.

Liaoning-based Fada Law Firm provides a mixture of traditional litigations, advanced legal services in finance, maritime and real estate areas, as well as corporate governance and business management. It has already been cooperating with firms in the U.S., Japan, Australia, Singapore and E.U.
