Dahui Lawyers has strengthened its corporate and M&A practice with the hire of Lincoln  Zhao as a partner at its Shanghai office.

Zhao joins DaHui from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom’s Shanghai office, where he was a counsel.

Zhao specialises in corporate and M&A transactions, and has experience counseling both state-owned and private Chinese conglomerates.

In the course of his 15-year legal career, Zhao has practised in Washington D.C, New York, Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai.
