Zhong Lun Law firm has strengthened its capital market practice with the recent hire of partners Julia Zhu and Zhang Li in Shanghai.

Prior to joining Zhong Lun, Zhu was a senior partner at AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai. She specialises in capital markets, M&A and private equity.

Zhang advises companies and financial institutions on capital markets and M&A maters. She joins Zhong Lun from Grandway Law Offices.

Zhong Lun has eight domestic offices and four international branches in Hong Kong, Tokyo, London and New York.
