China’s AnJie Law Firm has strengthened its Beijing office with the hire of private equity partner Wang Yu and intellectual property partner Zhao Kefeng from JunHe.
Wang specialises in private equity and venture capital, as well as M&A, outbound investment and capital markets transactions. Zhao primarily handles IP litigation, with a particular focus on trademark, copyright, unfair competition and domain name disputes. He also advises clients on non-contentious IP-related matters.
In addition to the two hires, AnJie has also promoted a number of its lawyers to its partnership, including IP specialist Li Binxin, corporate and disputes experts Liu Lirong and Song Ying, and insurance and disputes lawyers Wang Qi and Wang Xuelei.
AnJie now has 33 partners based in its offices in Beijing and Shanghai.
