Zhong Lun Law Firm has hired Zhang Jinquan as a partner in Shanghai from SG & CO PRC Lawyers, where he was a senior partner.

Experienced in real estate financing, capital market, assent securitization and financial product, Zhang has acted for domestic and overseas companies, handling their disposition of non-performing assets, property acquisitions, financing, cross-border investment and dispute resolution.

Zhang was named one of ALB’s Top 15 Rising Lawyers for 2014.
