DLA Piper has boosted its real estate practice with the hire of Wayne Ma as a partner in its Shanghai and Hong Kong offices from Paul Hastings.

Ma focuses on cross-border real estate transactions.  He represents multi-national and Chinese investment banks, financial institutions and private equity funds in both inbound and outbound transactions across Asia, Europe and the United States. 

“Combining Wayne with our other Shanghai-based real estate partner, Lillian Duan, is the next step in our strategic plan to build the leading real estate team in Greater China.
