Dechert has strengthened its corporate practice in Beijing with the appointment of Lucy Lu as a national partner at its Beijing office.

Prior to joining Dechert, she was a counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld. With over 13 years’ experience in handling cross-border transactions in China, Lu focuses on China outbound M&A, foreign direct investment into China and other cross-border transactions involving Chinese entities.
