JunHe Law Offices has appointed Adam Cheng, formerly counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, as a corporate partner in its Hong Kong office.

 

Cheng focuses on cross-border investment transactions related to Chinese companies. His experience includes previous stints at Herbert Smith Freehills and Sidley Austin in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Chicago.

 

With the addition of Cheng, the Beijing-headquartered firm now has eight partners in Hong Kong. Jun He also recently hired Shanghai aviation partner Yan Zhenfeng and Beijing-based capital markets partner Sun Xiaojia.
