Chinese law firm JunHe has hired M&A and real estate specialist Liping Nancy Zhang as a partner in its Beijing office from Beijing-based Jinchen Tongda & Neal law firm.

Zhang’s specialisation include corporate and M&A, real estate and construction and asset securitisation

Last month, JunHe appointed Adam Cheng, formerly a counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, as a corporate partner in its Hong Kong office. 

Prior to that, it bolstered its aviation practice with the hire of Yan Zhenfeng as a partner in its Shanghai office and welcomed back Sun Xiaojia as a capital markets partner in Beijing.
