Stephenson Harwood has hired corporate lawyer Jane Ng in Hong Kong from Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, which recently closed its offices in Hong Kong and Beijing.

Ng has two decades worth experience in M&A, regulatory compliance and capital markets transactions. This includes China-related work – both inbound and outbound – and in acting for Chinese clients. 

King & Wood Mallesons recently hired a team of former Cadwalader lawyers, including its former China managing partner Rocky Lee.
