Beijing-headquartered AnJie Law Firm has hired Pan Xiang as a disputes partner in the southern Chinese city of Shenzhen from Guangdong Zhong An.
Pan’s practice mainly focuses on litigation and arbitration, insurance and reinsurance, investment and financing, corporate governance and operations, and labor law. He is an arbitrator on the Shenzhen Arbitration Commission panel, as well as a part-time arbitrator on the Shenzhen Labor Dispute Arbitration Committee.
AnJie launched its Shenzhen office last September. The fast-growing firm,which also has an office in Shanghai, has been snapping up lateral hires of late. In the second half of last year, it hired four partners in Beijing, namely M&A specialist Simon (Xiameng) Li, IP expert James Ma, and PE/VC specialists Xie Yongtao and Echo Zhao.
