Llinks Law Offices has hired David Pan from Huntsman Corp., a U.S.-based chemical manufacturing company, as its newest corporate partner.

Pan’s expertise covers corporate matters, cross-border investments, M&A and regulatory compliance such as anti-corruption and antitrust. He joined Huntsman’s China business as an in-house counsel in 2006 and shuttled between Shanghai and Houston, Texas. Prior to that, he worked at JunHe for six years.

In December, Llinks lost its corporate partner Amigo Xie to K&L Gates. Meanwhile, King & Wood Mallesons hired Anthony Wan in Hong Kong from Llinks last June.
