KWM Academy launching ceremony & advisory board meeting was held in Beijing on April 19 2017. Nearly 100 experts, scholars and public figures attended the ceremony. 

Sponsored by the King & Wood Mallesons Beijing Foundation, KWM Academy seeks to innovate existing education models, promote occupational training, and cultivate a group of visionary, highly-qualified legal professionals through close collaboration with first-rate Chinese and foreign law schools, business schools and other authoritative education institutions, in line with China’s strong demand for high-end world-class legal professionals, and the trend toward internet plus era legal services and integration of international legal-talent ecosystems. This initiative is aiming to leverage educational resources of top-tier global education organizations and in the same time, draw on the firm’s in-depth understanding of the needs of legal professionals worldwide.

During the event, KWM Academy signed a MOUs on cooperation with law school of Peking University, Renmin University of China and University of International Business and Economics.
