Global Law Office has hired Jin Liu, Vincent Wang, Liam Yu, and Yuqing Zhang as partners. Wang is based in Shanghai, while the others are based in Shenzhen.

Liu, Yu and Zhang join from JunHe, while Wang joins from Shanghai AllBright Law office.

Liu specialises in banking and finance, M&A, and public-private partnerships. Meanwhile, the practice of Wang covers new and emerging technologies, business operations, M&A, complex transactions, intellectual property, industrial regulatory and compliance, cyber security, data regulation and dispute resolution. 

Yu specialises in public takeovers, domestic and international private M&A, foreign direct investment, Hong Kong IPOs, litigation, employment law and other corporate and commercial practice areas. And Zhang specialises in trusts, M&A and dispute resolution.
