JunHe has welcomed back Cathryn Jin as a corporate partner in Beijing from Fangda Partners, where she was partner. 

Jin’s practice focuses on M&A, private equity, foreign investment and general corporate matters. Her clients include investment institutions, established Internet companies and unicorns. 

In 2015, Jin represented e-commerce platform Meituan on its merger with Dianping to create a mega online-to-offline service platform, Meituan Dianping. In 2018, she acted as the deal counsel to mobike for Meituan’s acquisition of transportation platform mobike. She was also involved in deals such as Wanda’s overseas acquisitions, and the Universal Studios Beijing project. 

Jin first worked at JunHe as an associate between 2006 and 2010. She then joined Davis Polk & Wardwell for a five-year stint.

金红律师作为合伙人重新加入君合律师事务所北京办公室。在此之前，金红律师在方达律师事务所担任合伙人。

金红律师擅长收购兼并、私募基金投资、跨境并购、外商投资及一般公司事务，曾为众多投资机构、互联网巨头、独角兽企业提供法律服务。

2015年作为交易律师全程深度参与美团与大众点评的合并，2018年代表摩拜参与美团与摩拜的合并，为万达的海外收购提供法律服务，为北京环球影城项目等大型外商投资项目提供法律服务。

2006年至2010年，金红律师曾在君合做律师，后加入美国达维律师事务所执业五年。
