Shanghai-headquartered Hui Ye Law Firm has hired Sabine Neuhaus as a counsel in Shanghai. Before she came to Shanghai, she worked for Swiss law firm Kellerhals Carrard as an associate based in Switzerland in its Berne and Geneva offices. 

Neuhaus specializes in M&A and dispute resolution with a focus on China, and has experience in assisting the judge of a Swiss Commercial Court. She previously worked as a junior associate at Homburger, a leading Swiss corporate law firm, and participated in advising ChemChina in its public tender offer to acquire Syngenta in June 2017.

Her hiring comes at a time when Hui Ye has been looking to bulk up its inbound and outbound offerings. The firm told ALB that the addition of a foreign counsel marks the beginning of the firm’s global expansion efforts, with the strategic cooperation with a Japanese firm in the pipeline.

总部位于上海的汇业律师事务所迎来首位瑞士律师诺淑彬的加入，她将作为顾问参与到汇业的国际业务中。加入汇业前，诺淑彬律师在瑞士凯勒嘉律师事务所的伯尔尼和日内瓦办公室执业。

诺淑彬律师从事并购、争议解决以及中国业务，曾任职瑞士专业上市法庭法官助理，也曾作为初级助理任职于瑞士顶尖律所之一的瑞士Homburger律师事务所。在瑞士Homburger律师事务所执业期间，参与了中国化工集团收购瑞士先正达等项目。

诺淑彬律师的加入将给汇业的涉外团队注入更强劲的力量，汇业也将更好地为对外投资的中国企业和在中国开展业务的外国企业提供更好的服务。汇业告诉ALB，此次聘用外籍律师预示着汇业扩大国际版图的开始，今后也会考虑和日本律所签订战略合作。
