Shanghai-headquartered Hui Ye Law Firm has opened a new office in the city of Zhoushan in the Zhejiang FTZ, its third office in Zhejiang Province after Ningbo and Hangzhou.

The Zhejiang FTZ office will focus on corporate and commercial matters, M&A, bankruptcy and liquidations, real estate, finance and insurance, criminal law, matrimonial cases and maritime affairs. Its opening will further expand Hui Ye’s presence in the Yangtze River Delta region. 

The Zhejiang FTZ primarily focuses on trade of bulk commodities in eastern China, such as petroleum and oil products. 

The new office will have seven associates including four partners, and be led by partner Jiacheng Chen.

浙江自贸区是东部地区重要的以油气全产业链为核心的国际大宗商品贸易自由化先导区。

新办公室将有七位律师，其中含四位合伙人，办公室主任为陈嘉诚律师。
