Reed Smith Richards Butler, global firm Reed Smith’s office in Hong Kong, has hired litigation expert Stephen Chan as a partner from Oldham Li & Nie.
Chan specializes in commercial litigation, international arbitration, intellectual property litigation, employment and labour disputes, and white-collar crime. He is also a member of the Law Society of Hong Kong’s Arbitration Committee.
Before relocating to Hong Kong in 2013, Chan worked with McVeagh Fleming and Queen City Law in New Zealand. He joined the Hong Kong office of OLN as a senior commercial litigation solicitor in November 2013, before moving to Gall for a short stint. Chan re-joined OLN in October 2016 as a partner.

Reed Smith’s Hong Kong office now has more than 100 lawyers. The firm said that the hire of Chan would be the first of a few lateral partners in its Hong Kong office.

礼德齐伯礼律师行（礼德律师事务所香港办事处）正式迎来诉讼业务合伙人陈凯南律师。加入礼德之前，陈凯南律师曾在高李严律师事务所执业。
陈凯南律师的业务领域专注于商业诉讼、国际仲裁、知识产权诉讼、雇佣和劳工纠纷以及白领犯罪。陈律师现任香港律师会仲裁委员会委员。
2013年搬到香港之前，他曾作为诉讼律师在新西兰的McVeagh Fleming律师事务所执业，之前在新西兰的Queen City Law（皇之城律师事务所）执业。2013年11月，陈律师作为资深商业诉讼律师加入高李严律师事务所，2015年5月至2016年9月期间作为资深律师在高嘉力律师行执业，2016年10月以合伙人身份重新加入高李严律师事务所。
