Haiwen & Partners has added two lawyers: Rui Feng joins as a partner in Beijing from Zenity Holdings where he was a general counsel, and Peng Liu joins as a senior counsel in Shanghai from Zhong Lun Law Firm, where he was an associate. 

Feng has nearly two decades of years in M&A, corporate and compliance. Some of his notable deals have included representing JAC Capital in its JV and M&A project with Qualcomm and Datang Telecom , and advising Guangdong FTZ in its negotiations with Tesla. 

During the stint at Zenity, which commenced in 2017, Feng led the team working on fund formation and investments, private placement and acquisitions by two of Zentity’s listed subsidiaries, and several investments and financing projects undertaken by other private subsidiaries. Feng also worked as the vice-president of the legal management department in Zenity Capital.

Before joining Zentity, Feng worked at JunHe from 2003 to 2017 and became a partner in 2012. At JunHe, he represented Chinese and foreign clients on cross-border M&A, joint ventures, private placement, divestment and restructuring project in a broad range of sectors including automotive, medical, TMT, aviation and chemicals.

Liu focuses on funds formation, asset management and private equity funds and investments. Among his past roles, he worked in the Shanghai office of Mayer Brown from 2007 to 2009. 

海问京沪办公室分别迎来合伙人和资深顾问加入

海问律师事务所近期迎来两位资深律师的加入：封锐律师作为合伙人加入海问北京办公室，之前在知合控股担任首席法律顾问；刘鹏律师作为资深顾问加入海问上海办公室，之前在中伦律师事务所做专职律师。

封锐律师在并购、公司及合规业务领域拥有近二十年的丰富经验，完成了诸多重要项目，其中包含代表建广资产，与高通、大唐电信在手机芯片组领域的并购合资项目，代表广东自贸区与特斯拉的拟议电动车及电池组件生产合作项目（前期合作备忘录），等等。

2017年加入知合，在知合工作期间全面负责公司及其下属上市及非上市子公司的法务管理，支持上市公司增发、设立产业资金、实施重大资产重组及新建生产线投融资。封锐律师也于知合资本任负责法务管理的副总裁。

在此之前，封锐律师在君合北京办公室工作十四年（2003至2017年），2012年升为合伙人。在君合执业期间，封律师曾代表众多国内外客户在复杂跨境并购交易及大型中外合资项目中提供全面法律服务，并代表多家私募股权投资基金的收购、合资、私募、重组和投资退出项目。法律服务涉及的行业包括汽车、医疗健康、TMT、航空、化工等领域。

刘鹏律师在基金设立、资产管理及私募股权金投资等领域具有丰富的经验。除在中伦执业经历外，刘鹏律师2007年至2009年间曾在孖士打律师行上海代表处工作。
