Tahota Law Firm has completed a physical merger with Beijing Zhongrui Law Firm. The two firms had signed the strategic integration agreement in 2018. 

Zhongrui was set up in 1998. It focuses on banking, finance, securities, real estate and construction, intellectual property, energy and infrastructure, litigation and arbitration. 

Tahota is a leading law firm in China’s Western region. Set up in 2000, it currently has 17 offices around the world, and was ranked as the country’s 14th-largest law firm by the ALB Top 30 in 2018. 

The integrated office is expected to achieve two objectives by 2019, according to the firm, namely, increasing the number of its lawyers to more than 100, and hitting revenue target of 100 million yuan ($14.5 million). 

The new office, led by partner Zhijun Shen, has a headcount of nearly 150 people including more than 80 lawyers. 

泰和泰与中瑞整合完成

2018年，泰和泰律师事务所与中瑞律师事务所签订了《战略整合协议》，近期两家律师事务所实现了全面的战略整合。

中瑞成立于1998年 ，业务涵盖银行、金融、公司、证券、房地产与工程建设、知识产权、能源与基础设施、诉讼与仲裁等多个领域。

成立于2000年的泰和泰是一家崛起于西部的大型综合性律所，目前共计拥有17家国内外办公室。在2018年ALB中国最大30家律所的榜单中，位列第14。

整合后的泰和泰北京办公室今年要实现“双一百”目标：该办公室要实现执业律师过百，业务收入要过亿（约合1450万美元）。

该办公室目前拥有近150人，其中含80多位律师，负责合伙人是沈志君律师。
