AnJie Law Firm has launched an employment practice in Shanghai after hiring three lawyers from River Delta Law Firm. Shen Jun, Sun Lin and Cui Yana, who each have more than a decade of experience, were senior partners at their previous firm.
Shen has represented clients on the retrenchment for employees when closing or transferring a business, and also has expertise in union disputes. Sun, who focuses on employee relations issues, also advises clients on HR systems, risk and compliance, and employee retrenchment. Cui specialises in non-compete agreements, trade secret protections, labour relations and HR investigations.
AnJie has three other partners in its employment practice. Liu Zhenghe, Zhou Hu, and Yang Hongquan are all based in Beijing.

安杰劳动法业务将形成上海团队和北京团队南北呼应之势，目前北京团队共计三位劳动法合伙人：刘正赫律师、周虎律师、杨洪泉律师。
