V&T Law Firm has opened a new office in the city of Changsha in Hunan Province, its seventh branch till date.

The office, led by partner Fan Huaili, has more than ten people, including three partners, and will focus on corporate matters, real estate, intellectual property and dispute resolution. 

Fan joined the firm’s Shanghai office in 2017. His areas of practice cover corporate, capital markets, dispute resolution, and M&A. Besides practicing in the law firm, he also accumulated 15 years of experience as an in-house counsel with Fortune 500 companies like Walmart, B&Q, Dell and Carrier. 

V&T told ALB that its next two offices will be in the Chongqing and Hong Kong. 

万商天勤在长沙设立新办公室

万商天勤律师事务所在长沙设立了新办公室，截至目前是其在国内开设的第7家办公室。

长沙办公室负责合伙人为樊怀礼律师。目前，长沙办公室人员规模在十几人左右，其中包含三位合伙人。长沙办公室主要业务领域为公司业务、房地产、知识产权、争议解决等。

樊怀礼律师2017年加入万商天勤律师事务所上海办公室，主要业务领域为公司与资本市场、争议解决、并购。除在律所执业外，也曾在沃尔玛、百安居、戴尔、开利等世界500强企业中国总部担任法律顾问长达十五年。

据万商天勤告诉ALB，将来也计划在重庆、香港等地开设办公室。
