Tian Yuan Law Firm has hired a nine-member dispute resolution team in Shenzhen, led by partner Guo Shizhan. 

Guo specialises in dispute resolution with a particular focus on equity, debt and intellectual property. His clients include Tencent, Baidu, BYD, Midea, Galanz, Poly Real Estate, BGI and Tesla. 

Guo started his career at Huawei Technologies, in 1996 and left in 2010. During the 14-year stint, he led the company’s global legal department, intellectual property department, information security department and terminal commerce department at different points, and was in charge of a 160-lawyer cross-border team spanning 120 countries. 

In 2010, he set up Shenzhen Zhiyoutong Technology. Three years later, Guo joined Han Kun Law Offices as a partner focusing on capital markets and intellectual property, with additional expertise in civil and criminal litigation related to trade secrets. 

In 2015, Guo founded an online legal platform Niufa.

郭世栈律师携团队共计9人正式加盟天元律师事务所深圳办公室。

郭世栈律师的主要执业领域为争议解决，重点是：股权、债权和知识产权领域的诉讼仲裁业务，曾带领团队服务数百家大中型企业，其中包括腾讯、百度、比亚迪、美的、格兰仕、保利地产、华大基因、特斯拉等。

1996年至2010年，郭世栈先生系前华为高管，历任华为公司全球法律部部长、首任知识产权部部长、首任信息安全部部长、终端商务部部长。建立并管理达160人、覆盖120个国家业务的跨国法律团队。

2010年，郭世栈作为创始人加入深圳市智游通科技公司。三年后，加入汉坤律师事务所成为合伙人，主要业务涵盖资本市场和知识产权，尤其擅长商业秘密的民事、刑事诉讼及企业商业秘密管理体系建设。

2015年，郭世栈创建了高端互联网+法律平台——牛法网。
