AnJie Law Firm has hired dispute resolution specialist Yang Chao as a partner in Beijing from Hui Zhong Law Firm. 

Yang has more than 16 years of experience in dispute resolution and has represented clients in international commercial arbitrations and litigation matters before CIETAC, SCIA, SHIAC and HKIAC. In one of her cases, she advised the investor on an investment and equity transfer dispute before CIETAC with the deal value exceeding $290 million. In another case, she represented the foreign party in a $300 million joint-venture dispute case before CIETAC,  forcing the Chinese party to withdraw its application for arbitration. 

Prior to joining Hui Zhong, Yang worked at JunHe from 2011 to 2013 and Haiwen Partners from 2003 to 2010, respectively, with a short stint at Schneider Electric (China) between 2006 and 2007.

The arrival of Yang takes the number of AnJie’s dispute resolution partners in Beijing to 26.

安杰北京办公室迎来前汇仲争议解决合伙人

安杰律师事务所迎来商事诉讼仲裁领域资深律师杨超作为合伙人加入其北京办公室。加入安杰前，杨超律师在北京汇仲律师事务所执业。

杨超律师在争议解决领域为中外客户提供法律服务已十六年有余，代理过在中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会、深圳国际仲裁院、上海国际经济贸易仲裁委员会、香港国际仲裁中心等多个仲裁机构。杨超律师的代表业绩包括：代表投资人，代理由中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会审理的一起投资及股权转让争议，该案涉及标的金额约合2.9亿美元；在由中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会审理的另一起中外合资纠纷中代表外方，该案涉及金额约合3亿美元，并迫使中方撤回仲裁申请 。

在汇仲执业之前，杨超律师在2011至2013年间在君合律师事务所执业。更早些时候，2003年2010年间在海问律师事务所执业，但在2006至2007这段期间，曾在施耐德电气（中国）投资有限公司就职。

杨超律师的加入，使得安杰北京办公室争议解决合伙人数目增至26位。
