AnJie Law Firm has hired dispute resolution expert Zhou Han as a partner in Beijing from brokerage and investment bank China Galaxy Securities, where he was senior vice-president of the legal and compliance department.
Zhou specialises in civil and commercial dispute resolution in securities and finance, disposal and enforcement of non-performing assets, and also corporate, investment and fundraising, He has more than a decade of experience spanning from public security, courts and the finance industry.
During his stint at China Galaxy Securities, Zhou led the due diligence review for more than 400 fundraising projects with the value exceeding $7.56 billion. He was also deeply involved in disposing dozens of major credit insurance projects. Prior to China Galaxy Securities, Zhou served as a judge at Beijing No.2 Intermediate People’s Court.
AnJie now has 27 dispute resolution partners. It hired Yang Chao from Hui Zhong Law Firm in late June.
