我们了解，在经济高速发展的当下，法务团队运用自身的专业能力和对公司业务的深度理解，不断与业务部门配合，及时防范风险并提出可行性的法律意见，为公司的业务决策提供全方位的支持。因此，ALB始终关注着公司法务团队在法律行业中的角色和影响，通过历年评选，ALB向业界呈现了来自各行各业顶尖的法务团队，这些团队的工作复杂程度、创新思维、卓越表现以及对行业影响力均受到了广泛的认可。
ALB的调研包括以下三个方面：
- 公司法务团队提交报名表格。
- ALB邀请律师填写网上问卷，推荐他们心中优秀的法务团队。
- 我们会参考市场和以及同行的评价，若需要，ALB会进行采访。

最终获奖的15个法务团队将会获得ALB奖杯。最终的结果将发布在《亚洲法律杂志》中国版2019年12月刊。

Submission is open for 2019 ALB China Top 15 In-House Teams.
Along with economy’s rapid development, in-house teams play very important role in company’s growth. Combine with the professional legal skills and deep understanding of business, in-house teams constantly work with business teams, puts forward practicable legal solutions, promptly guards against risks and provide all-round support for business decision-making. So significant role and influence of In-House Teams have always been ALB’s focus. And we are very pleased to the top in-house teams indentified are widely recognized in terms of work complexity, creativity and industry influence.
The research will be conducted through the following aspects:
- Self-nomination forms for in-house teams.
- Lawyers are invited to fill out a survey in which they can recommend in-house teams for the ranking.
- We will also take into account peer commentary, market feedback and ALB editorial input. Interviews will be conducted by ALB if necessary.
To showcase in-house team’s achievements and contributions and win the highly esteemed 2019 ALB China Top 15 In House Teams award, in-house team please fill in the attached submission form, and send it back by email to TRALB.Ranking@thomsonreuters.com . The submission form can be either in English or Chinese, or both. Our submission deadline is Oct. 15, 2019 at 6:00pm.
Lawyers can take the survey here to recommend in-house teams.Survey will be closed at 6:00pm, Oct. 9, 2019.
In-house teams need to be based in mainland China.
2019 ALB China Top 15 In House Teams is exclusively sponsored by Zhong Lun Law Firm. ALB research team will conduct the research independently.
The 15 winners will be awarded with a ALB trophy. The result will be published in ALB China’s December 2019 issue.
