通力律师事务所近日迎来新合伙人袁静加盟。加入通力前，袁静律师曾作为监察稽核与法律事务部负责人，于2012年至2019年间任职于泰达宏利基金管理有限公司。袁律师未来将在通力北京办公室执业。

袁律师有10余年基金、银行业金融及法律工作经验，熟悉公募基金行业的监管政策、合规运作实践，在基金管理公司的产品设计、合规管理、合规培训、风险控制方面具有丰富经验。

根据通力发布的一份新闻稿，袁律师的加盟将进一步增强通力在公募基金和资产管理领域的专业服务能力。

通力律师事务所目前在上海、北京、香港和伦敦四地设有办公室，其执业领域专注于金融资管、公司商业、资本市场及争议解决等商事领域。袁静律师是自2018年12月来，第二位加入通力的公募基金领域资深专家。

Llinks hires funds expert in Beijing from investment management firm

Llinks Law Offices has hired funds expert Yuan Jing as a partner in Beijing from investment management company Manulife Teda Fund Management, where Yuan was a general counsel focusing on compliance.

Yuan, who spent eight years at his previous employer, focuses on the regulatory aspects of public funds. She also provides legal advice on the design of new fund products. 

Llinks now has offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong and London. The firm focuses mainly on asset management, corporate work and capital markets, as well as dispute resolution. Yuan’s hire comes months after the firm brought on board Frank Fu as a counsel in Shanghai from the China Securities Regulatory Commission in December last year.
