环球律师事务所近日迎来5位合伙人加盟其北京办公室。新加盟的刘宪来律师、袁媛律师、许惠劼律师、王京鹤律师及简志宏律师此前均任职于大成律师事务所，除简律师外，其他四人均为大成北京的合伙人。

根据环球的一份新闻稿，五位新合伙人的加入是对环球私募股权与投资基金以及资本市场业务的强大助力。

刘宪来律师拥有私募基金及法律跨领域从业经验，在加入大成前，他曾任新天域资本法规总监。许惠劼律师的主要业务领域包括并购、重组、国企改制等，曾为哈药集团三精制药股份有限公司就其重大资产重组提供法律服务，并参与过中国能源集团的整体改制。

环球律师事务所目前有一支同时拥有境内外资本市场经验的私募股权与投资基金团队，自1992年协助第一家中国企业华晨中国汽车公司在纽交所上市以来，环球已经帮助众多企业在境内外资本市场获得融资。

Global Law hires 5 cap markets partners from Dentons in Beijing

Global Law Office has hired five senior capital markets lawyers– Liu Xianlai, Yuan Yuan, Xu Huijie, Wang Jinghe and Jian Zhihong – as partners in its Beijing office from Dentons.

While Jian was an associate of Dentons, all the others left their previous firm as partners.

According to a press release from Global Law, the hires will greatly enhance its private equity, investment funds and capital markets offerings

Liu has experience in both private equity and law. Before joining Dentons, he was the general counsel in charge of compliance at New Horizon Capital. Xu’s main focuses are M&A and restructuring – especially that of state-owned enterprises. She has advised on the restructuring of Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Sanjing, as well as CHN Energy.
