通力律师事务所近日迎来新合伙人金桂香加盟。加入通力前，金律师曾任韩国太平洋律师事务所合伙人，并于2012年至2017年担任锦天城律师事务所合伙人。金律师将在上海展开执业。

金律师自执业以来，一直专注于外商直接投资、公司业务、收购兼并、私募股权投资、合规业务，曾代表众多韩国、日本公司、中国大型企业和上市公司办理跨境投资、收购兼并和融资项目，在汽车、能源、房地产、化工、流通百货、媒体娱乐、医疗医药方面具有丰富经验。她曾参与了2019年双星集团5.97亿美元收购韩国锦湖轮胎的业务。

根据通力的一份新闻稿，金律师的加盟将进一步增强通力在投融资及并购、公司/合规等领域的专业服务能力。

这是今年9月以来，第二位加盟通力的新合伙人。

Llinks hires Korean law expert in Shanghai from BKL

Llinks Law Offices has hired Korean law expert Jin Guixiang as a partner in Shanghai from South Korean law firm Bae, Kim & Lee. 

Prior to joining BKL, Jin was a partner at AllBright Law Offices for five years. She focuses on foreign direct investment, corporate, M&A, private equity and compliance, with experience in the automobile, energy, real estate, entertainment and healthcare industries. Her notable work includes acting on Qingdao Doublestar’s $597 million acquisition of South Korea's Kumho Tire.

Jin’s hire comes shortly after Llinks added funds expert Yuan Jing as a partner in Beijing from investment management company Manulife Teda Fund Management.
