汇业律师事务所近日迎来张燕伟、吕刚、施东、张玮、李治、张斯佳六位不同领域专家加盟其上海总部。

张燕伟律师和张斯佳律师分别以高级合伙人及合伙人身份加盟，她们此前都在通力律师事务所任职。张燕伟律师专注于民商事争议解决，特别关注新型金融领域纠纷；张斯佳律师的执业领域为证券发行、股权投资与并购重组及一般公司商业法律领域的法律业务。

吕刚律师以合伙人身份加盟，此前其曾在上海市人力资源和社会保障局以及上海市公安局任职。吕律师的执业领域为劳动与人力资源、刑事风险防控、刑事辩护、争议解决。

施东律师以合伙人身份加盟，此前其曾任隆安律师事务所合伙人。施律师执业领域为跨境商事交易、投融资与资本市场、知识产权、破产与重整、复杂争议解决。其同时是美国纽约州执业律师，曾参与可口可乐公司欧洲收购与重组项目。

张玮律师以合伙人身份加盟，其此前在上海市某法院任职，执业领域为民商事争议解决及家事与财富管理。

李治律师以合伙人身份加盟，此前其曾在君澜律师事务所任职，执业领域为刑事辩护与刑事合规，尤其擅长于经济犯罪和毒品犯罪等刑事辩护工作。

汇业今年在人员及分所数量上持续增长，1月，其上海总部曾迎来六位合伙人加盟，其合肥、无锡及洛杉矶办公室也于今年内陆续设立。

Shanghai’s Hui Ye expands in home base with 6 senior hires

Hui Ye Law Firm has hired six senior experts at its Shanghai headquarters. Zhang Yanwei joins as a senior partner, while the other five – Lv Gang, Shi Dong, Zhang Wei, Li Zhi and Zhang Sijia – all join as partners.

Zhang Yanwei and Zhang Sijia join from Llinks Law Offices, while Shi and Li join from Long An Law Firm and Ganus Law Firm, respectively. Lv worked at the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau previously, while Zhang Wei was a judge at a local court.

Zhang Yanwei specializes in dispute resolution, with focus on new types of financial disputes, while Zhang Sijia focuses on bond issuances and M&A. Shi, who’s also licensed to practice in New York, specializes in cross-border transactions, fundraising and investment. And Zhang Wei has expertise in private wealth management.

Meanwhile Lv and Li are criminal law experts, with the former specialising in criminal defense, labour and human resources, and the latter focusing on criminal compliance and defense of economic crimes.

Their hires come at a time of rapid growth for Hui Ye. It hired six partners in Shanghai in January, and recently opened offices in Hefei, Wuxi and Los Angeles.
