中伦律师事务所近日迎来王冬梅、徐珊珊律师以权益合伙人身份加盟。王律师此前曾任天驰君泰律师事务所高级合伙人，未来将在中伦北京办公室执业；徐律师此前任海华永泰律师事务所高级合伙人，未来将在中伦上海办公室执业。

王冬梅律师的业务领域涉及医院合规管理、医事法律服务、民商事争议解决以及公司治理。她曾为众多大型综合三甲医院和医科院校提供法律服务，并曾主导开发医疗机构风险防范系统。

徐珊珊律师的执业领域为海关与贸易管制，曾代理过中国第一起最高院确认无罪的走私案件，以及国内最巨额关税争议案件。她同时是美国调解仲裁司法服务机构JAMS的七位中国调解员之一。

中伦表示，两位合伙人将进一步充实中伦在医院合规管理与医事法律服务、海关与贸易管制领域的专业力量，更好满足客户的法律需求。

Zhong Lun hires medical, customs experts from Tiantai and Hiways

Zhong Lun Law Firm has hired Wang Dongmei and Xu Shanshan as equity partners in Beijing and Shanghai office, respectively. Both were senior partners at their previous firms; Wang joins from Tiantai Law Firm, while Xu joins from Hiways Law Firm.

Wang specializes in hospital compliance management and medical legal services. She has advised many large Chinese comprehensive hospitals, and led on the development of a risk management system for medical institutions.

Xu has expertise in customs and trade control, having represented the accused in the first smuggling case in which the Supreme People’s Court pronounced a not-guilty verdict and participated the largest customs case in China by amount of money at stake. Xu is also a member of the U.S. arbitration agency JAMS.
