安杰律师事务所近日迎来罗凯天律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室，加入安杰前，罗律师曾任金杜律师事务所资深律师，并有多年在北京市国家税务局的工作经历。

罗律师的主要执业领域是劳动和社会保障法、公司综合事务、合规，尤其擅长处理兼并、重组、破产、清算、经济性裁员、大规模员工转移等重大项目中的人员安置。他还曾参与央企合规试点企业专项合规调查，帮助企业完善合规体系并提供合规培训。

AnJie hires labour expert in Beijing from KWM

AnJie Law firm has hired labour law specialist Luo Kaitian as partner in its Beijing office from King & Wood Mallesons, where he was a senior associate. Luo previously worked at the Beijing Municipal Tax Service under the State Taxation Administration.

Luo specializes in labour law and corporate compliance, with expertise in handling staffing matters during M&A, insolvency and restructuring. He has also participated in compliance investigations of state-backed enterprises and helped companies enhance their compliance systems.

In a press release, AnJie said that the hire of Luo will further facilitate coordination between its employment teams in Beijing and Shanghai.
