英国品诚梅森律师事务所近日迎来吕康毅律师以合伙人身份加入其北京办公室，加盟前，吕律师曾任美国众达律师事务所合伙人，在其北京代表处工作了4年。

根据品诚梅森的一份新闻稿，吕律师专长于就新兴市场内能源、自然资源和基础设施项目的开发和融资为大型金融机构及借款人提供法律咨询服务。

吕律师与诸多中国大型银行及开发银行紧密合作，服务过的金融客户包括中国银行、交通银行、中国建设银行、国家开发银行、中国进出口银行、中国工商银行以及中国出口信用保险公司。他也曾代理包括中国神华集团、中亚天然气管道公司等在内的项目发起人和主权借款人寻求中国融资。其2016年参与的中国工商银行首次离岸人民币循环信贷项目是亚太地区最新创新的金融交易之一。

Pinsents snabs finance expert from Jones Day in Beijing

Pinsent Masons has hired Kanyi Lui as finance partner in Beijing from Jones Day where he worked as partner for four years.

Lui focuses on structuring, development and financing of domestic and outbound energy, natural resource and infrastructure projects. He has acted on a number of deals including Central Asia gas pipeline project, copper mine project in Kazakhstan, as well as power generation projects in Asia, Australia and Africa. 

“Chinese banks and financial institutions are extremely active in investing both regionally and globally, with outbound investment particularly focusing on the infrastructure and energy markets. Kanyi will help develop our full service offerings to clients, specifically on innovative financing transactions, restructurings and investment opportunities." Pinsents now has three offices in China located in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong, with the arrival of Lui, its Beijing office now has four partners.
