竞天公诚律师事务所近日迎来白俊林律师、崔维律师、冯琛律师和赵婧律师以合伙人身份加盟其多地办公室。未来白律师和崔律师将分别在深圳和上海展开执业，冯律师和赵律师则将加盟竞天的北京总部。

根据竞天的一份新闻稿，白俊林律师的主要业务领域包括私募股权与风险投资、收购与兼并、境外投资、资本市场等，他曾代表国内外私募股权投资机构在TMT、消费品、清洁能源、教育等领域进行过众多投资项目，并主办若干跨境并购项目。他是近期加盟竞天深圳办公室的第二位合伙人：2019年11月，深圳办公室刚刚迎来刑法专家李景优律师。

崔维律师主要面向IT企业提供综合法律服务，尤其以股权纠纷、股权投资、知识产权、合同争议解决为工作重点，并参与过多件IT企业投融资项目。他拥有计算机专业背景，加盟竞天前，曾任浩天信和律师事务所合伙人。

冯琛律师的主要业务领域包括银行及金融、“一带一路”与境外投资、私募股权与风险投资、外商投资、收购与兼并等，擅长各类债权融资及股权融资的尽职调查、交易结构设计、交易文本制作与谈判等。

赵婧律师的主要业务领域包括兼并与收购、私募股权与风险投资和外商直接投资，所涉及的行业包括互联网、媒体、消费、教育、银行、保险以及互联网金融等。她还拥有在国内互联网独角兽公司担任法务总监的经历。

Jingtian hires 4 investment and finance experts across BJ, SH and SZ

Jingtian & Gongcheng has hired four investment and finance experts as partners in different offices. Bai Junlin and Cui Wei will be joining Shenzhen and Shanghai offices, respectively, and Feng Chen and Zhao Jing will work from the Beijing headquarters.

According to Jingtian’s press release, Bai specializes in private equity and venture capital, M&A, cross-border investment and capital markets. He has represented PEs on investing in TMT, consumer goods, clean energy and education projects. Bai is the second lateral hire made by Jingtian’s Shenzhen office recently, with partner Li Jingyou joining last November.

Meanwhile Cui focuses on providing legal services to IT companies, including advising them on equity investment, intellectual property as well as dispute resolution. He was a partner at Hylands Law Firm before joining Jingtian.

Feng specializes on banking and finance, outbound investment, funds and foreign investment while Zhao Jing focuses on M&A,funds and foreign direct investment.
