上海邦信阳中建中汇律师事务所近日迎来六名合伙人及其团队加盟其上海总部，他们将进一步加强律所在海事海商、刑事和民商事争议解决等领域的服务能力。
李锋律师、骆宏斌律师分别以国际业务部合伙人和争议解决部合伙人身份加盟。加盟前，两位律师都曾在上海融孚律师事务所工作。李律师擅长国际贸易及其结算、融资、货运和保险，以及供应链金融等领域的非讼和诉讼业务，骆律师则在民、商事诉讼业务方面具备丰富经验。
他们还带来了一支由华翎玲律师、徐健律师和姚洪秀律师等组成的国际贸易与航运团队。
蒋志杭律师、王宪峰律师以合伙人身份加盟邦信阳中建中汇刑事业务部，两人都曾任职于上海江三角律师事务所。蒋律师拥有在上海市公安局的工作经验，专长于诉讼业务，尤其擅长刑事辩护、疑难民商事诉讼、经济与职务犯罪调查报案等。王律师专长于刑事、民商事争议解决，在疑难涉公司法民商事诉讼、刑事辩护、经济与职务犯罪调查报案等领域有着丰富经验。
傅霞律师、钟伟律师则作为争议解决部合伙人加盟。傅律师来自上海市沪一律师事务所，此前曾任职于上海市高级人民法院，主要从事公司治理和商事争议解决。钟律师曾在巨石集团担任法务部总经理，任职期间曾参与巨石一系列境内外投资收购项目以及重要反倾销案，主要专业方向为民商事诉讼和公司类业务。
同时，马昌骏律师也以专家顾问身份加盟邦信阳中建中汇，其拥有近30年法院工作经验。
邦信阳中建中汇律师事务所成立于1995年，其上海总部目前有75位合伙人，并同时在北京、南京、武汉、重庆、杭州、西安等地设有办公室。
Boss & Young beefs up Shanghai head office with partner hires
Shanghai-based law firm Boss & Young Attorneys At Law has hired six partners and their teams in its head office, aiming to strengthen the firm’s services in areas of maritime, criminal and commercial dispute resolution in the future.
Li Feng and Luo Hongbin, both from local firm Sg & Co PRC Lawyers, join as international partner and dispute resolution partner, respectively. Li focuses on international trade and relevant financing, shipment and insurance issues, while Luo is an expert on commercial litigation. They also bring with them an international trade and shipment team.
Jiang Zhihang and Wang Xian both join as criminal practice partners and they both came from local River Delta Law Firm. Jiang has worked for the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau previously and specializes on criminal defense, complex commercial litigation and duty crime investigation. Wang is also an expert on above mentioned practice areas.
Meanwhile Fu Xia and Zhong Wei are joining as dispute resolution partners. Fu previously worked for Shanghai High People’s Court and local Shanghai Hu Yi Law Office, with expertise on corporate governance and commercial dispute resolution. Zhong was general counsel of China Jushi Group and had participated in a series of M&A projects as well as anti-dumping cases.
Ma Changjun, who worked as a judge for nearly 30 years, also joins as counsel.
Founded in 1995, Boss & Young now has 75 partners in its Shanghai head office. It also has offices in cities like Beijing, Nanjing, Wuhan, Chongqing, Hangzhou and Xi’an.
