汇业律师事务所近日迎来邓青、黄志鹏、王文兵三位律师以合伙人身份加盟其深圳办公室，加盟前，邓律师任职于天同律师事务所深圳分所，并曾在深圳市南山区法院工作；黄律师任职于广东富群律师事务所；王律师则任职于大成律师事务所深圳分所。

根据汇业的一份新闻稿，邓青律师执业领域为争议解决、银行与金融，特别专长于金融领域内的诉讼与执行，其服务过的客户包括民生银行、平安银行、招商银行、国银租赁、平安信托、国海证券、中天证券、平安养老保险、迅雷公司等。

黄志鹏律师的执业领域为知识产权、商事诉讼，在知识产权诉讼与确权方面，代理过多起专利侵权、技术秘密、不正当竞争案件以及整体无效多项专利。

王文兵律师的执业领域为不良资产处置、刑事辩护与刑事合规。他曾为诸多企业提供跨境金融、不良资产处置、融资租赁与保理、房地产纠纷、股东纠纷等领域服务，并承办过诸多有重大影响的刑事案例。

汇业表示，三位合伙人的加盟使得律所大湾区团队再次得到了业务与人员充实。根据ALB之前的报道，汇业深圳办公室设立于去年4月，是律所自2014年设立广州办公室、2016年与香港司徒维新律师行展开联营后，在大湾区内的又一布局。

Huiye strengthens GBA practice, adds partners in Shenzhen

Shanghai-headquartered Hui Ye Law Firm has hired Deng Qing, Huang Zhipeng and Wang Wenbing as partners in Shenzhen. Before joining the firm, Deng, Huang and Wang worked for Tiantong & Partners, Guangdong Fu Qun Law Firm and Dentons, respectively.

Deng specialises on dispute resolution, banking and finance. His clients include China Minsheng Bank, PingAn Bank, China Merchants Bank, Xunlei etc.

Huang is an expert on intellectual property and commercial litigation, and has represented clients on patent infringement, technical secrets, unfair competition and invalid patent cases.

Meanwhile, Wang focuses on disposal of non-performing assets, criminal defense and compliance. He has advised on issues of cross-border finance, disposal of non-performing assets, financial lease, real estate dispute and shareholder dispute.

The hire of three partners will further boost Hui Ye’s staff and practice in the Greater Bay Area, the firm stated. According to ALB’s previous report, Hui Ye’s Shenzhen office was opened in April 2019, which is the firm’s third branch in the GBA after the launch of its Guangdong office in 2014, and its joint operation with Hong Kong firm Sun Lawyers in 2016.
